Ila Joseph has a strong background in environmental management and solid waste management. Ila started their career in 2008 as an Officer in Environment and Solid Waste Management at Jaypee Cement/Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. Ila then moved on to Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd, where they served as the Manager of Operations from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Ila began working as a Freelance Consultant in Environment and Solid Waste Management, providing their expertise to various clients. In 2015, they joined Qualcomm as a Manager in Environment, Health, and Safety, where they stayed until 2016.

From 2015 to 2020, Ila worked for Letzbank.com as a Digital Marketing Content Writer and Editor. In 2020, they joined the All India Institute of Local Self-Government as the State Expert in Solid Waste Management and Team Lead for Himachal Pradesh. Ila held this position until 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, Ila Joseph joined Team Recykal as a Program Manager. With their experience and expertise in waste management and environmental sustainability, they continue to make significant contributions in their role.

From 2006 to 2008, Ila Joseph pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Science at Panjab University.
