G Ramesh has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. G started their career in 2008 as a Field Coordinator at Dr. Reddy's Foundation for Health Education, where they were responsible for planning patient visit schedules, counseling palliative care patients and their families, and promoting other projects of the organization.

In 2010, Ramesh joined ITC Limited as an Assistant Associate. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in preparing data banks, visiting and submitting proposals to clients, handling teams and logistics coordination, and providing back-end support to the manager. G was recognized as the "Best vendor coordination" by the U.S. Consulate General of Hyderabad.

Next, Ramesh worked at PRO Enviro Recycling Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Business Development. G developed a network with corporate, industries, and government organizations, gave presentations on recycling and source segregation, and negotiated and signed contracts.

From 2015 to 2018, Ramesh joined E SREE FOUNDATION (ITC NGO) as a Deputy Manager in Programmes and Operations. G was responsible for implementing projects in 10 municipalities of Telangana State, conducting studies on solid waste management systems, and entering MOUs with Municipalities and Gram-Panchayats.

Currently, Ramesh is employed at Team Recykal since 2018. G initially served as Senior Manager in Business Development and later took on the role of General Manager in Fulfilment Operations.
