Angie Young

Manager of Product Escalation at Recuro Health

Angie Young has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Angie currently works as the Manager of Product Escalation at Recuro Health, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, Angie served as the Director of Client Success at Competitive Health, Inc. from June 2018 to August 2021. Angie also worked as a Customer Service Manager at EK Health Services, Inc. from January 2017 to June 2018.

Before that, Angie held the role of Benefits Enrollment Specialist at Univers Workplace Solutions from September 2015 to January 2017, and they were a Customer Service Account Manager at Harbor Health Systems from January 2015 to December 2016.

In addition, Angie gained experience as a Retention Account Manager at Optima Tax Relief from January 2014 to January 2015, and as a Customer Service Manager at 29 Prime from December 2011 to January 2014. Angie also worked as a Customer Service Operations Manager at Consumer Debt Assistance from January 2010 to November 2011.

Early in their career, Angie served as the Director of Operations at Consumer Affairs Processing Center from January 2007 to January 2010.

Throughout their various roles, Angie has developed strong customer service and management skills, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Angie Young attended Magnolia High School from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Fullerton College from 2002 to 2004, pursuing a field of study in Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, Angie obtained a certification in Business Technology in June 2000. Angie also holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in June 2020. Most recently, in March 2022, Angie obtained a certification titled "Disney's Approach to Quality Service" from the Disney Institute.
