Anand M. has extensive experience in technical account management, customer service, and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Account Management at Recurly since August 2021, Anand is focused on building a robust Technical Account Management organization and delivering tailored services to merchants. Anand also holds a position as a Board Member for Grand Lakes Municipal Utility District 1. Previous roles include Director of Customer Service at Visual Comfort & Co., where Anand developed customer service policies, and Head of Customer Service at FuelNOW Network, leading a high-performing support team.
