Patrick Stoiber has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2009, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Johns Hopkins University. In 2010, they were an Intern at APEIRON Biologics. From 2013 to 2021, they were a PhD Candidate and Teaching Fellow at Boston University. In 2017, they were a Summer Intern at New England Biolabs. In 2018, they were a Parttime Intern at SmartLabs. In 2021, they were an Associate Scientist at OVIBIO. Currently, they are a Scientist I at Rectify Pharma.

Patrick Stoiber's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Biochemistry from Boston University, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University in 2013. Patrick also obtained an International Baccalaureate from Sevenoaks School in 2009. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Coursera, including Python for Genomic Data Science (2021), Introduction to Programming with MATLAB (2020), Crash Course on Python (2020), and Using Python to Interact with the Operating System (2020).
