Alexander Ivkin has a diverse work experience in various software development roles. Alexander is currently the Founder of Ace Trace App since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ALM Works for seven years, starting as a Lead Software Developer in April 2015 and leading the team of the Gantt Chart product. Alexander left ALM Works in March 2022. Before that, Alexander worked at Moskovskiy Fiziko-Tekhnicheskiy Institut (Gosudarstvennyy Universitet) (MFTI) as a Lead Software Developer from May 2013 to January 2016, where they developed a computer vision system and led a team of engineers. Alexander also worked at OpenWay as a Software Developer from May 2012 to March 2015, and as a QA engineer from August 2009 to May 2012. Alexander started their career as an intern at Sun Microsystems from December 2007 to July 2009.

Alexander Ivkin earned a Master's degree in physical electronics from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" from 2003 to 2009. Alexander then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) from 2013 to 2015. Alexander'sresearch focused on the matware and software of computers and computer networks.
