Santiago Vena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and collections. Currently serving as Gerente General at RECSA Argentina since February 2018, Santiago oversees a team of 350 collaborators and plays a key role in the organization's operations within the RECAUDADORA S.A. group across multiple countries. Prior to this, Santiago held the position of Gerente de Operaciones at Rohr Consulting - Pagueya.com, leading one of the leading collection agencies in the country. Earlier career experience includes responsibilities as an abogado negociador at Estudio Palmero de Belizán y Asoc., focusing on private mediations and corporate negotiations, and as a Senior Negotiator at Citibank Argentina in the Collections department. Santiago Vena holds multiple degrees, including a Programa de Formación Gerencial in Management and Leadership from the Escuela de Negocios IDEA and specialization in Legal Advice to Companies from the Facultad de Derecho UBA.
