Sreelekha Nambiar is a Lead Technical Recruiter at RecruitSmart since November 2016, responsible for researching, identifying, and qualifying candidates for IT job positions, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Previously, Sreelekha served as an Aftersales Manager at Control Components Incorporation Ltd from 2006 to 2010. Sreelekha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial Production from UBDT College of Engineering, Davanagere (2000-2004) and completed education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1998 to 2000.
