Leandra Smith is currently the Head of Operations at Recruitrite since March 2022. Prior to this, Leandra held the title of Operations Manager at The Robin Centre from October 2020 to March 2022. Leandra also served as a Director at both The Robin Centre and Tribe Recruitment Limited, with a background in corporate sales and recruitment. Leandra began their career as a Business Recruiter at Action 4 Employment and later held positions at Northern Recruitment Group and House of Fraser. Leandra completed their education at Haughton Comprehensive School from 1984 to 1990.
