Ben has extensive experience as a Public Speaker in the field of Recruiting, covering various topics such as Sourcing, Recruiting Technology, Social Media, and Candidate Experience. Ben is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals. Previously, Ben held roles at Marriott International as Director of Talent Acquisition, RSM as National Recruiting Director, and The MITRE Corporation as Lead Recruiter. Furthermore, Ben founded recruitDC, a recruiting community for DC-Area recruiters. Ben has a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
