Tom Callahan is an experienced talent leader currently serving as a trusted partner for C-level, GTM, engineering, product management, and leadership recruiting at Turnpike Talent and Advisory since 2018, and also holds a concurrent position as Talent Leader at Recruiting from Scratch. Previous roles include Director of Executive Recruiting at DoorDash, Strategic People Advisor and Investor at Alan AI, and Director of Executive & Leadership Recruiting at Sonos, Inc., where notable contributions were made to executive searches and talent operations. Tom’s earlier experience includes partnering with Oracle Corporation as an Executive Talent Partner, focusing on strategic executive searches, and serving as a Partner at Vantage Partners, a boutique retained executive search firm. Tom Callahan earned a dual BA in Economics and Sociology from Antioch College, with a concentration in Urban Planning Ideology of Western and Eastern perspectives post the collapse of the Berlin Wall.
