Daniel Miller has been working in the recruitment and staffing industry since 2004. Their first role was as an Executive Recruitment Manager and Corporate Trainer at The Birmingham Group. At this role, they specialized in placing individuals nationwide within the Construction industry. Daniel also built a training process from scratch, created a 1 week fast track program, and created a system to research and maximize sourcing and recruiting efficiencies. In 2009, they became the Director of Recruiting and Employee #3 at Digital BrandWorks. At this role, they helped the company grow by improving recruiting processes and establishing an HR process for new hires. In 2010, they founded a Non-Profit Tech organization, which created an App to meet new friends, find a date, events, and connect in the community. In 2011, they co-founded Empowered Staffing, which helped place entry level to senior level executives in positions within eCommerce, Retail, Digital Marketing, Consumer Goods Manufacturing & Tech companies. Lastly, in 2018, they became the Head of Product at RecruiterPM, a Powerful Software for HR & Recruiting Teams.

Daniel Miller obtained a Masters in Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2014. Daniel also holds a BA in Business Management from Wayne State University. Additionally, they are a Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist (State of Illinois).
