Dhruv Aneja is a skilled professional with extensive experience in consulting, business development, and sales. Currently serving in a sales role at Recruiterflow since February 2022, Dhruv focuses on aiding recruiting and staffing companies through automation and productivity solutions. Prior to this, Dhruv worked as a consultant at Native and Positive Moves, where expertise in leadership hiring, organizational design, and board advisory was demonstrated at one of India's largest executive search firms. Additionally, Dhruv played a pivotal role in leading digital transformation efforts as a Research Associate. Educationally, Dhruv holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hanover College and has attended Santa Monica College and Modern School.
