Zurays has also worked at Arbisoft as a Technical Recruiter and Assistant Manager of People Operations & Development, driving initiatives in employee engagement and organizational development. Earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at Dignosco, where responsibilities encompassed developing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and implementing business solutions.
