Karena Allison is currently employed as the People & Culture Operations Manager at Green by Nature Group ANZ since October 2023. Before this role, Karena held the same position at Recreational Services starting in January 2016. In addition to their HR responsibilities, Karena has also worked as an HSE/Performance Management Advisor and Administrator. Karena obtained their BHSc degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Auckland University of Technology in 2012.
