Kiana Fawcett-Paul is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) with extensive experience in therapeutic recreation and team development, currently serving as the Manager of Therapeutic Recreation and Team Development at Recreational Respite since February 2020. Kiana has previously held roles such as Recreation Therapist and Community Team Support Coordinator at Perley Health, and Recreation Therapist at Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. Kiana's early career includes positions as an Activity Aide at Maplewood Senior Living, Practicum Student at NISA, Summer Camp Counselor with the Township of North Dundas, and Dietary Aide at Dundas Manor, accumulating over 600 hours of placements and volunteer work. Kiana's educational background includes a Therapeutic Recreation degree from The University of Lethbridge, a Recreation Therapy Diploma from Canadore College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Glendon Campus of York University.
