Rosie Hartley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rosie started their career in 2018 as an Optometric Technician at Bistline Vision Care, where they worked until February 2019. In October 2018, they also began working as a Server at Redstone American Grill, where they remained until February 2020. In February 2019, they joined Recovery Centers of America as a Care Advocate and later transitioned to the role of Team Lead in August 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator at Recovery Centers of America since June 2023.

Rosie Hartley attended Archbishop John Carroll High School from 2010 until 2014. After completing high school, Rosie went on to pursue a degree in psychology at Montgomery County Community College. Rosie is expected to graduate in 2023 with an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Psychology.
