Olivia Marshall has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Olivia started their career as a Front Desk employee at The Chatham Club in 2010 and later became a Nursery Weekend Manager. In 2017, they interned at Cardone Industries as a Total Rewards Summer Intern. The following year, Olivia worked as a Human Resources Intern at Lions Gate CCRC, where they assisted with various HR tasks such as coordinating the hiring process and organizing orientation programs. In 2018, they joined North Carolina State University as a Human Resources Assistant, responsible for staffing dining halls and conducting background and reference checks. Olivia then worked at Comcast Spectacor from 2019 to 2022 as a Human Resources Coordinator. Currently, they are employed at Recovery Centers of America as a Total Rewards Coordinator and has also taken on the role of a Human Resources Information System Analyst since May 2023.
