Tom Haubner has a range of work experience, starting in 2015 as the Baugruppenverantwortlicher Damper System for FaSTTUBe - Formula Student Team TU Berlin. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Werkstudent at Takata. In 2018, they joined Joyson Safety Systems in the same role. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Technical Co-Founder at recoupling.

Tom Haubner completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Verkehrswesen - Fahrzeugtechnik from Technische Universität Berlin from 2015 to 2018. Tom then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Automotive Systems from the same institution from 2018 to 2021.
