Narinder Kapoor began their work experience as an Aupairmädchen in New Jeryes, USA from July 2006 to August 2007. Narinder then moved into sales roles, starting as a Sales Analyst at BearingPoint in January 2017 until August 2017. From September 2017 to October 2020, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Context Information Security. Currently, Narinder is employed as a Strategic Account Manager at Recorded Future starting from November 2020.

Narinder Kapoor completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from The Philipp University of Marburg from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the same university from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Recorded Future Certified Analyst from Recorded Future in February 2021.
