Jiankai Huang has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jiankai started their career as a Logistics and Finance Assistant at MINDEF, where they managed and improved the procurement process for the entire manpower formation. Later, they worked as an intern at Advisors' Clique, where they presented business solutions to prominent companies like Great Eastern, Singtel, and City Developments Limited.

Jiankai then joined Nanyang Technological University as a Project Officer, managing research funds worth $40 million SGD from government bodies. Jiankai ensured compliance with funding policies and secured reimbursement funds for multiple research projects.

At Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, they served as a Senior Buyer, negotiating contracts and prices with vendors to meet operational needs. Jiankai also checked shipments and improved the procurement process in collaboration with other departments.

After that, Jiankai joined Apple as a contractor, initially as an APAC Support Analyst and later as a Global Threat Analyst. In these roles, they monitored threats worldwide, tracked and protected Apple's employees and assets, and supported crisis management team calls. Jiankai played a crucial role during global crises such as the Texas Deep freeze event and the Israel-Palestine conflict.

Jiankai'smost recent role is as a Threat Intelligence Analyst at Recorded Future, where they currently work. Overall, Jiankai Huang has developed expertise in crisis management, threat monitoring, procurement, and project management throughout their career.

Jiankai Huang pursued their undergraduate education from 2014 to 2018 at Singapore Management University, where they earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree with a major in Political Science. In addition to their formal education, Jiankai Huang has obtained two certifications: the CompTIA CySA+ (CS0-002) Cert Prep: 1 Threat Management from LinkedIn, acquired in October 2021, and the Learning Tor and the Dark Web certification, also obtained from LinkedIn in October 2021.
