Tom Griffin is an experienced sales training and development leader with a strong background in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Director of Sales Training and Development at ReCor Medical, Tom has held various senior roles focusing on professional development and sales enablement at companies including Veryan Medical and Shockwave Medical, where Tom successfully designed and implemented onboarding and training programs for new sales teams. Tom's extensive career at Endologix involved advancing commercial strategies and global training initiatives, while earlier positions at American Medical Systems and Medtronic honed skills in education, relationship management, and sales execution. Tom Griffin holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Business from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
