Hajime Arnold is a seasoned professional in clinical data management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Data Management & Clinical Systems at ReCor Medical since September 2021, Hajime oversees clinical study operations and ensures best practices in data collection. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Clinical Data Management at Emanate Life Sciences, from June 2016 to December 2021, Hajime established a company focused on data management solutions for biotech and medical device sectors. Previous roles include Managing Director at Wincere Inc. and Associate Director at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, where Hajime was responsible for strategic planning and management of clinical trial data activities. Hajime's early career included significant contributions to Abbott Vascular and Treasury Wine Estates in clinical operations and IT governance. Hajime holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior & Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
