Rene Hermes currently serves as General Manager EMEA at Berkshire Grey since September 2023 and has taken on the role of Non-exec Board Member at Reconfig starting in October 2023. Previously, Rene held the position of Executive Vice President & CMO at Körber Supply Chain from April 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing global marketing and partnership functions. Additional experience includes roles as Fractional CMO/CPO and International Go2Market Advisor at RAW H2 BV, General Manager & Executive Vice President Sales EMEA at Apprenda, and various executive marketing positions at companies such as alfabet AG, CoreMedia AG, and Definiens. A graduate of The Hague University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing and Information Technology, Rene also completed a Digital Transformation certificate at IMD in 2021.
