Lacie Ausman currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at RECON Engineering & Construction since July 2022, following a lengthy tenure at Transdev from July 2012 to July 2022, where roles included Payroll Administrator, Recruiting Coordinator, Data Manager, Data Entry Clerk, and Receptionist. In a brief stint as a Human Resources Specialist at Transdev North America in early 2021, Lacie focused on onboarding and orientation compliance. Lacie is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University, while also holding an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Maricopa Community Colleges.
