Keith Mancil has extensive experience in project controls, with a career spanning over three decades. Since July 2015, Keith has been employed at RECON Engineering & Construction, focusing on planning and scheduling for CITGO. Previous roles include positions at Fluor, where Keith worked in project controls from May 1989 to 2010 and again from February 2013 to May 2015, as well as a brief tenure at Turner Industries and project controls experience at the MOTIVA Plant from October 2010 to February 2013. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Northeast Louisiana University, completed in 1988, and graduated from Caldwell Parish High School in 1984.
