Ian Coleman is currently employed at Baker Industrial Services as a Refractory Foreman and Mason. Ian also has extensive experience in industrial linings, mechanical maintenance and repairs, welding, and various refractory installations in companies such as JT Thorpe, BnB Industrial Services, and RECON Engineering & Construction. Ian received their Journeyman Refractory Brick Layer degree through the BAC Brick Layers Apprenticeship program from 2009 to 2012.
