Gerard Palau has worked in the automotive industry since 2010. Gerard began their career as a Competition Mechanic at TSR MOTORSPORTS in 2010. In 2015, they moved to BMW Group where they worked as an Electromechanical technician. In 2018, they founded Alcomotor24 and in 2021 they became Co-Founder of Recomotor, a service for integral management of spare parts for automotive professionals.

Gerard Palau's education history consists of completing a program powered by Banco Santander called Jovenes Emprendedores, a Master's degree in Marketing from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a Grado en Administraci贸n y Direcci贸n de Empresas from Universitat de Lleida, a Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior in Automoci贸n y mec谩nica del autom贸vil from Monlau Formaci贸n Profesional, and a T茅cnico de Autom贸viles de alta competici贸n in Automoci贸n y mec谩nica del autom贸vil from Monlau Motorsport.
