Gerard Monfort has had a diverse range of work experiences. Gerard began their career as a Padel Coach at Andres Gimeno Tennis club, where they taught technical aspects of Padel and emphasized the fundamental values of sports to children. Gerard then took on a Sales Internship at Ithara Group, where they gained valuable skills in entrepreneurship, innovation, teamwork, and customer relations.

After this, Gerard became a Futsal coach at Lycée Français Gavà - Bon Soleil, where they trained children aged 7 to 14 in technical and tactical aspects of futsal while instilling important values through sports.

Gerard's next role was with Hotusa Ventures, where they co-founded the winning project called 'Oryon' as part of the Hotusa Ventures Challenge. This involved developing an innovative and profitable business model that disrupted the hospitality market.

Subsequently, Gerard joined NTT DATA Europe & Latam, starting as an Intern Consultant and progressing to the roles of Solutions Assistant, Solutions Analyst, and finally, Business Analyst. In these positions, they contributed to various projects and developed skills in business analysis and solution development.

Currently, Gerard is working as a Key Account Manager at Recomotor, where they are responsible for managing key accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Throughout their work experience, Gerard has developed skills in coaching, sales, entrepreneurship, innovation, teamwork, and customer relations.
