Kirstin Townsend is a Research Strategist at Recollective since October 2021, specializing in bridging technology and research to optimize the use of the Recollective platform for researchers. Previously, at Critical Mass from June 2018 to September 2021, Kirstin held roles as Research Consultant, Implementation Consultant, and Market Researcher, contributing to various digital marketing initiatives through qualitative and quantitative research. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Market Researcher and Corporate Services - Marketing and Communications Student at the Regional District Central Okanagan, where Kirstin developed and marketed community programs, and as Resource Recovery Educator at the Regional District of Central Kootenay, focusing on waste management education. Additionally, Kirstin worked as Student Operations Assistant at Columbia Basin Trust, supporting HR and communications efforts. Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Management with a minor in Psychology and a focus in Marketing from UBC Faculty of Management.
