Eva McCloskey is an accomplished leader in people operations with a diverse background in talent acquisition, strategic direction, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People Operations at Recognition Media, Eva has successfully built the people operations practice, optimized talent acquisition, and led initiatives promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Additionally, as a founding member and New York chapter leader of the old girls club, Eva fosters networking opportunities for women and non-binary individuals in male-dominated industries.
