Alexandra Zusman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Recognition Media since April 2024, Alexandra previously held the position of Director of Operations for Global Customer Care at Shutterstock from June 2015 to July 2023, where key accomplishments included the implementation of effective support strategies and enhancements to customer satisfaction. With prior roles as Senior Product Operations Manager at Shutterstock, Senior Manager of Product Operations at Booker Software, Director of Product Operations at Expo Communications, and experience in various capacities at LanguageMate and EmergingMed, Alexandra has developed a strong foundation in product development, operations management, and customer advocacy. Alexandra holds a BA in Economics and Russian and Slavic Studies from New York University.
