Marina Matkova Ristov has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 at California Western School of Law as a Computer Lab Assistant. Marina then moved on to Bridge Mediation LLC in 2009 as a Legal Assistant, followed by the International Rescue Committee in 2011 as an Immigration Department Office Assistant and the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc. in 2011 as a Law Clerk. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Md7 as a Lease Processor, then Gilead Sciences from 2016 to 2019 as a Contracts Coordinator in the Business Operations and Contracts Compliance Department. Most recently, they have been working at Aimmune Therapeutics since 2019 as a Senior Contracts Administrator, and in 2021 they took on the role of Contracts Manager at ReCode Therapeutics.
Marina Matkova Ristov holds an LL.M. (Master in International and Comparative Law) from California Western School of Law, an Independent Coursework from University of California San Diego Extension in Immigration Law, and an LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) from University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" Skopje in Law - Criminal law group. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Think Again: How to Reason and Argue from Coursera.
