Anna Martinez is an experienced scientist and leader in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as Director and Site Head at ReCode Therapeutics since August 2022, having previously held the roles of Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist Site Head. Prior to this, Anna worked as a Staff Scientist at Nautilus Biotechnology and as a Staff Scientist and Senior Scientist specializing in RNA at Mantra Bio. Anna's earlier career includes a position in the Business Development Department at Ribomic Inc. and academic roles as an Assistant Professor at Université de Tokyo and Université de Lille, along with post-doctoral research at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) and RIKEN. Anna began the academic journey as a PhD Student Lecturer at Institut Pasteur de Lille.
