Laura (MTL) Ragusa has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative and Customer Service Coordinator at Recochem Inc. since July 1996, where responsibilities include developing strategies for customer engagement alongside the Sales Representative. Prior to this role, Laura worked as an Assistant Business Manager at Omega Photography from February 1989 to June 1996 and as a Cashier at Hartaubaines from February 1988 to May 1989. Laura's educational background includes a DEC in Creative Arts from Dawson College (1986 - 1988) and graduation from Laurier Macdonald High School (1984 - 1986).
