Karen Kastigar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and organizational design. Currently serving as a Sales and Retention Associate at RecNation RV & Boat Storage since May 2022, Karen previously owned ÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×ANIZE IT!, a full-service organizational business, from November 2017 to April 2024. Prior roles include Assistant Staging and Design at Kastigar Staging and Design, where support was provided in home staging and organization from April 2017 to September 2019, and Design Consultant at Willow House from March 2002 to March 2012. Additionally, Karen has held marketing management positions at Pacific Data Resources in 2006 and Autodesk, Inc. from February 1997 to March 2004. Karen holds a BA in Psychology from California State University, Chico, earned between 1984 and 1989.
