Gina Chang has had an extensive career in business and finance. In 2016, they co-founded Recleau and consulted for Tibi, where they also served as CFO and VP Business Engineering. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Director of Business Planning and Financial Analysis at Alexander Wang, where they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, fashion ERP software functions and databases, fashion production, logistics and financial operations, global wholesale and retail budgets and planning, margins analysis and RLM implementation, and intercompany design and setup. Prior to that, they were an Accountant at Earnest Sewn from 2008 to 2010.

Gina Chang attended the University of Michigan from 1998 to 2004.
