With over 10 years of experience in sales, project management, and operations within the catastrophic restoration and commercial roofing sectors, Adam is also a HAAG Certified Commercial Inspector and a founding member of the company. Prior roles include Vice President and Co-Founder at Independent, and Director of Independent Sales in Commercial Roofing at ADP. Adam's early career featured success as a District Manager at Youngs Market Company, where accolades included 2009 Salesman of the Year for the North Scottsdale Region. Adam earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business and Sociology from Arizona State University and began education with a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Arizona.
