Ian Quigg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ian is currently working as the HR Director for Germany at Recipharm since January 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of People & Organisation at VITAFY BRANDS from November 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Lead HR at proSenio Gruppe from June 2020 to October 2021. Ian also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Kohl Automotive Eisenach GmbH from November 2017 to May 2020. Additionally, Ian has experience as an HR Consultant at atrain GmbH, Graduate Employability Researcher at the National Union of Students (UK)/University of Surrey, Lecturer at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, and Community of Practice Facilitator at the International Labour Organization. Ian has also held positions at IOM - UN Migration and the British Red Cross.

Ian Quigg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Advertising & Marketing from Ulster University in 2004. Ian then pursued a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales in 2009, followed by a Master's degree in Global Studies from The University of Freiburg in 2011. In 2013, Ian Quigg earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Social and Educational Sciences from the University of Surrey. During their academic journey, they also completed a Master's program in Global Studies at Chulalongkorn University in 2011 and obtained a certificate in Didaktische Ausbildung für die Hochschullehre from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg in 2012. Additionally, Ian Quigg acquired several certifications, including Agiles Projektmanagement from the Project Management Institute Houston, HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn, People Analytics from Wharton Executive Education, and IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 from Lean Quality - Staiger, all in 2020.
