Ken Grondin is the current Chief Financial Officer at Recipe Unlimited. Prior to joining Recipe Unlimited, Ken was the Senior Vice President & CFO at Parkland Fuel Corporation from July 2009 to June 2011. At Parkland Fuel Corporation, Ken was responsible for all Finance functions, Information Technology department, and Legal Services department. Ken was also responsible for the company's compliance with TSX and Alberta Securities Commission.
Some of Ken's accomplishments during their time at Parkland Fuel Corporation include leading the conversion of Parkland Income Fund from its business trust structure to a corporate form (Parkland Fuel Corporation) effective January 1, 2011, raising over $400 million of new financing including 3 Public offerings (1 equity and 2 convertible debenture offerings), and co-leading the $231 million acquisition of Bluewave Energy. Ken was also successful in sourcing, recruiting and integrating 3 new VP level positions – CIO, General Counsel an VP Finance to upgrade each function to match the needs and size of Parkland.

Ken Grondin has a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo, specializing in accounting and finance. Ken also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Honours) from the University of Waterloo, with a major in accounting and a minor in math. Ken is certified as a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario. Ken is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.
