Franco Tascione has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Franco began their career at McDonald's Corporation in 1991, working in restaurant management until 1998. Franco then worked as a training consultant at McDonald's from 2001 to 2002 and as an operations consultant from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Recipe Unlimited Corporation and held various leadership roles, including regional operations manager at Swiss Chalet, senior operations manager at Montana's Cookhouse, and director of operations at Swiss Chalet and Harvey's. Franco later became the director of operations at Montana's Cookhouse, director of operations at Swiss Chalet, director of operations planning at Swiss Chalet, director of training and ops planning at Swiss Chalet and Harvey's, senior director of operations at Kelseys Original Roadhouse, and vice president of operations at Kelseys Original Roadhouse.
