Kayla Simonzi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kayla started their career at Bank of America in 2008 as a Customer Service Agent, where they worked until 2013. After that, they joined MOO as a Sr. Customer Service Agent and stayed with the company until 2017. During this time, they gained experience in providing excellent customer service.

In 2017, Kayla transitioned to CORE Higher Education Group, where they took on the role of a Client Success Specialist and later became an Implementation & Client Success Consultant. Their responsibilities involved ensuring clients' success and satisfaction with the company's products and services. Kayla held these positions until November 2020.

From November 2020 to May 2021, Kayla worked at States Title as a Title & Escrow Scheduling specialist, responsible for managing and coordinating schedules. Kayla then moved into the role of Senior Learning Specialist, focusing on training and development within the company. Kayla worked in this role until July 2022.

Currently, Kayla is working at Rechat as a Customer Success Trainer. Their responsibilities include conducting workshops, driving product adoption and usage among members, and creating training content. Kayla started this role in August 2022.

Kayla Simonzi attended West Warwick High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Kayla also acquired the certification in Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID from LinkedIn in February 2022.
