Narayan Aier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Narayan started their career as a Research Assistant at Cornell University in 2009.

In 2010, they worked as a Project Support Engineer at Mackay Communications, Inc. for a brief period.

Narayan then joined Deloitte in 2010 as a Business Technology Analyst, where they conducted JADs and JTDs for a custom developed product in a J2EE environment. Narayan eventually moved on to become a Consultant, designing architecture for integrating disparate systems and creating logical data models. Narayan was later promoted to Senior Consultant, where they managed major releases of a custom developed product. Finally, they became a Manager, defining the physical and logical infrastructure for a custom development project and managing offshore teams.

In 2016, they joined Cornerstone OnDemand as a Senior Integration Consultant, working on integrating systems and managing the SDLC of a welfare program. Narayan then transitioned to the role of a Technical Product Manager, responsible for managing the technical aspects of product development. Narayan was later promoted to Senior Technical Product Manager before leaving the company in 2020.

Currently, Narayan Aier serves as the Director of Product Management at Recharge, a position they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Group Product Manager at the same company and was responsible for overseeing a team of product managers. Narayan previously held the role of Senior Product Manager, contributing to product development.

Narayan Aier holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
