Dan Fitzgerald is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at re:Charge, focusing on the deployment of safe, universal recharging systems for micromobility. As the Principal at Short Fifth, Fitzgerald engages in select consulting and advisory opportunities, leveraging a diverse background to assist start-ups with innovative problem-solving approaches. Fitzgerald co-founded Key Capture Energy, where development of utility-scale energy storage projects in New York and New England took place, and previously held the position of Senior Director of Project Development at Apex Clean Energy, overseeing renewable energy projects across the Northeastern US.
