Angelo Tinella has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Global Customer Operations at Recharge.com since May 2019. Before that, they worked at adidas as a Senior Manager Consumer Service, where they focused on executing omnichannel service strategies and improving cross-functional collaborations. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager Consumer Service at adidas and was responsible for implementing new service channels and optimizing customer service processes. Angelo also worked at Zynga as a Vendor Relationship Manager and a CS Product Lead, and at IBM as a Customer Fulfillment Specialist. Angelo Tinella began their education in 2001 at the Università degli Studi di Bari, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics in 2005. Angelo then pursued a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Management at the same institution, completing it in 2007. During this time, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Universidad de Oviedo as part of the Socrates Erasmus Scholarship program.
In 2013, Angelo enrolled at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, where they pursued a Master of Science in International Management and Sustainability. Angelo successfully completed this program in 2015.
