Alifiya K currently serves as the Manager FI for the South Region at Receivables Exchange of India Ltd (RXIL) since October 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Relationship Manager in Supply Chain Management at Kotak Mahindra Bank from December 2021 to June 2022, and co-founding Stole It, where Alifiya worked from December 2020 to November 2021. Alifiya also held the position of Relationship Officer at Tata Capital from June 2016 to December 2020. Alifiya is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, scheduled to be completed in December 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Stella Maris College, in addition to completing HSC in Business/Commerce from Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School in India.
