Clinton Melton has extensive experience in the aircraft seating industry, currently serving as Sr. Manager – Technical Support and Repair Station at RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas, LLC since August 2021. Melton has been with RECARO Aircraft Seating since July 2006, where roles included Manager of Platform Engineering and Engineering Manager for the T/C Product Line, focusing on departmental budget tracking, capacity planning, and engineering program quotations in cooperation with the Sales Team. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Manager Development Engineering for the Business Class Platform at Weber Aircraft Seating from May 1996 to June 2006, where responsibilities included team development and training initiatives.
