Verena Elpiniki Kekelou has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Verena Elpiniki began as a Freelance Journalist for Athens Voice in 2009, followed by a Front Office Coordinator for TheiaLab in 2013. In 2015, they became a Customer Service Representative for Spreadshirt, followed by a Sales Representative for Primark Stores Limited in 2016. In 2019, they began their current role as Partner Manager for Recare GmbH.

Verena Elpiniki Kekelou received their Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media and Cultural Studies from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in 2015, after studying there from 2003.
