Ben Shepheard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben is currently the CTO & Co-founder at Recap since February 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Node Senior Software Engineer (Contract) at comparethemarket.com from November 2017 to January 2018. Ben also served as a UI Software Developer (Contract) at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from November 2016 to June 2017. Before that, they worked as a Technical Director at Code Agency from November 2015 to September 2016. Ben also held the position of Director at MenuLab from March 2015 to May 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Director at Ion Drive from December 2011 to February 2016 and as a Co-founder at Coinative from June 2013 to December 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical Architect at IRIS Software Group from July 2011 to November 2011. Ben started their career at Anglian Water Services, where they worked as a Software Development Team Leader from June 2008 to July 2011 and as a Software Development Engineer from September 2006 to June 2008.

Ben Shepheard attended the University of York from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Systems and Software Engineering.
