Dede Hicks currently serves as a Validation Associate Engineer at Rebiotix Inc (a Ferring Company) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dede held the position of Lead Calibration Technician at SiteCal, Inc from August 2013 to May 2023, where responsibilities included customer service, scheduling, field training, supervision, validation and qualifications, as well as troubleshooting. Earlier experience includes work in production at AdvancedCath from January 2010 to February 2015, focusing on micro laser cutting and R&D laser welding, and serving as Weekend Lead. Dede Hicks holds a certification as a Quality Control Technician from Hennepin Technical College, obtained in 2012.
